The addition strengthens our ability to support clients in Latin America, integrating strategy, execution, and relational capital more deeply.
In an environment where companies face increasingly complex pressures, from sustainability and governance to reputation management, at KOMUNIKA LATAM we are strengthening our strategic advisory capabilities with the incorporation of Carlos Jacks as Senior Advisor.
His arrival expands our expertise in supporting business leaders in critical decisions across the region, integrating business vision with execution in greater depth and helping our clients align strategy, culture, and operations to generate sustainable results.
Carlos brings to KOMUNIKA LATAM more than two decades of experience in senior leadership and organizational transformation processes in multicultural environments, with extensive international experience. Originally from Monterrey, his career spans operations in different Latin American countries and brings a distinctive perspective on the three dimensions that, in his view, define organizational leadership today: strategy, execution, and relational capital.
“Our relationship with Carlos has been built over more than 20 years of working together. His judgment, leadership vision, and ability to develop teams naturally strengthen our Monterrey operation,” explained Juan Carlos Roldán, Founding Partner and Head of C-Suite Advisory at KOMUNIKA LATAM.“
From our offices in Panama and Mexico, at KOMUNIKA LATAM we support companies and institutions across the region, integrating communication, risk management, sustainability, and C-Suite advisory under a model that connects strategy with execution.
“Today, companies need much more than a good strategy: they need the ability to execute it consistently. This means strengthening teams, building trust, and aligning culture, operations, and reputation both internally and externally. My focus has been on building organizations with real execution capacity, because that is where strategic decisions become sustainable results over time,” said Carlos Jacks.
With more than 25 years of experience in Latin America and the support of Kreab Worldwide — present in more than 30 countries — we reaffirm our commitment to being a close strategic partner for leaders who understand something key: today, reputation is not managed; it is built every day through decisions that generate economic, social, and environmental impact.
