Paulina has more than 25 years of experience in business management, strategic planning, sustainability, crisis management, and communications. She has led consulting teams in five Latin American countries. During her career, she has focused on designing strategies to create value for companies in different sectors, inserting sustainability into the business model, strengthening her reputation, and structuring her risk management process.
Therefore, she has extensive experience in matters such as external and internal communication, building relationships of trust with key audiences, management of change processes, social responsibility and sustainability aligned with the business, brand positioning, public affairs, and skills development. Communication and negotiation, among others.
During her professional career, Paulina has worked in different sectors with clients such as the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), Panama Canal, Copa Airlines, Telefónica-Movistar, Cable Onda, Cemex, Casa de Batteries, Janssen, Ampyme, Subway, Medtronic, MSD, Grupo Melo, Metro de Panamá, Microsoft, Statoil, UNICEF, Terpel, Varela Hermanos, Petroterminal, “Laudato SI” Wind Farm, among others.
She is president of the Board of Directors of Sistema B Central America and the Caribbean. She was president of the Panamcham Sustainability Committee. She actively participated in various business associations such as SUMARSE, APEDE, and PANAMCHAM. She collaborated with multiple universities to train responsible leadership and with foundations and NGOs to develop their different programs. Additionally, she collaborates with several media outlets and is a panelist at national and international events.
